Cowboy Baby! Nice concept. Consider using stick figure arms and legs for the ruff version. Stick arms show the curve of the limbs but take hald as long to draw. That is important when drawing line tests over and over again. There are some great bouncing ball shapes in the character.
Hey Michelle, I like the sketch for your Character Design, it's creative and very cool, it's a play on the whole unusual and comedic character designs. I'd suggest shorten the arms and legs a lil etc.
